CANCELLATION FEES
(Postponements are treated as cancellations)
When completing the booking contract, which will be shipped to you, please take careful note of the cancellation clause.

Confirmations require an immediate, 50% non-refundable deposit obviously this will be forfeited in the unfortunate event of you canceling.

75% of the total project price will be payable if canceling within 2 months of the project. 100% of the project price will payable if canceling within 1 month of the project. If payments are not made to Secluded Country Lodges (so agents need to get deposits from clients earlier) at the time specified - the project managers are entitled to cancel the event with no refunds of deposits paid. Final numbers are to be given at that point and are to be given in writing.

If a reservation is for one night only estimated 100% is payable in order to confirm.

Due to the often temperamental and volatile attitude of Land Owners, Parks Boards and Community Development Areas, Hayward's Camps Code of Conduct ensures we are fully responsible for the regions we operate in. Therefore our relationship with such organisations and persons is paramount and always protected at all costs.

Secluded Country Lodges (Pty) Ltd - owners of Hayward's, reserve the right to full control and co-ordination of all aspects of setting up a safari - not excluding the final choice and reservation of the entertainment, transfers within the reserve, add-on activities within the reserve such as Hot Air Ballooning, Fishing, Archery, Clay Pigeon Shooting, Horse trails, Team building, Conferencing and any other form of entertainment or activity offered to guest's whilst within the reserves we operate.

Any outside contractor will operate directly under the auspices of the Executive Command Team of Hayward's Camp management and are made fully aware and agreeable to the fact of accepting and carrying out all orders and or instructions forthcoming from such team, to ensure total camp safety, reserve preservation and guest safety.

Guests are expected to sign a full Indemnity Contract before participating on a Hayward's Tented Safari. Should guests wish to have any other form of entertainment not offered by Hayward's within the reserve, then such requests with contact details of such entertainer/s must be forwarded to Hayward's for approval, logistical implementation and final booking.

Hayward's Luxury Mobile Safari Camp is the registered name of the venue and is promoted as such both on site and off site. No other identity may be given to the venue other than its official registered name.
